RED WING Supersole 8133
The boots nobody else can make.
Red Wing Shoe Store Exclusive! We are delighted to welcome the next limited edition to our shelves. The 8133 Supersole Moc Toe returns to the collection for a short period of time after many years of absence.
As the name suggests, the term "Supersole" refers to the extremely durable sole, which was developed back in the 1970s by the Red Wing Shoe Company when the demand for more durable soles arose and was met. The Supersole is made of polyurethane and is molded directly onto the upper leather, creating a very strong bond. As part of our repair service, we repeatedly receive old Supersole boots from our customers for re-soling and are always fascinated by how long this type of sole lasts. The Supersole the most durable one Red Wing ever made.
The upper leather used for the 8133 is our Black Chrome, which was previously used for the 8130 Moc Toe or the 2268 Engineer. It is characterized by a very smooth, firm structure and, in contrast to classic oil-tanned leathers, is easy to polish. This boot also features the "Red Wing" embossing on the shaft of both boots, which is typical for the iconic Supersole models. The contrasting white stitching and nickel hardware round off the almost elegant look of the 8133.
The 8133 Supersole is available exclusively at the European Red Wing Shoe Stores and is strictly limited to a total of 500 pair. As always: First come, first serve!
